Who made this?
We did. We're Crystal Yan, a Trilingual Chinese-American 17-yrs-young Social Entrepreneur, Blogger, Graphic Designer and Jason Shen, a 24 year old Stanford grad who runs a 118-year old newspaper and loves tech startups.
We were inspired by Seth Godin to create this project - we reached out to the most awesome young people we knew, collected and edited entries, designed this website and the book, and got it out there.

Why did you do it?
We wanted to show the world that not all Millenials are lazy, self-centered, entitled underachievers. That there are many of us out there who kick ass and take names, who have great ideas and make things happen. What better way to demonstrate our generations can-do attitude than with this collaborative book project?
This rocks. How can I help?
- Pass it Forward. Share this book with anyone you think might get something out of it - someone young or someone older. Like, Tweet or even use some non-online channels to let people know about our project!
- Give Back. Each one of our awesome contributors nominated a charitable cause that they support. Leave us a tip in the charity box and we'll email you a premium edition of What's Next when it comes out or buy the print edition and all proceeds will be shared among the 25 nonprofits in the book.
